These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Haven Hive platform (website and services). By using Haven Hive, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the platform
Haven Hive is an online intermediary and listing platform that connects property buyers, tenants and investors with real estate agencies, developers and owners in Goa, India.
Haven Hive is not a party to any transaction between users and listing parties, does not own or sell the listed properties, and does not act as a broker for any specific transaction unless expressly stated.
2. Listings and content accuracy
Property listings, prices, specifications, images and availability are provided by registered agencies and owners. While we apply verification measures, Haven Hive does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of any listing.
Users must independently verify all property details, ownership, RERA registration, CRZ status and legal title before entering into any transaction.
3. AI tools and estimates
AI valuations, rental-yield estimates, CRZ information and legal checklists are indicative and provided for informational purposes only. They are not official valuations, legal opinions or regulatory confirmations.
You should consult qualified professionals - including registered valuers, lawyers and CRZ experts - before making any decision.
4. Agency obligations
Registered agencies represent and warrant that they hold valid RERA registration where required, have the authority to list the properties, and that all information supplied is accurate.
Haven Hive may suspend or remove any agency or listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Agency subscriptions and add-ons are billed via Razorpay. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our refund policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven Hive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, reliance on any listing or AI estimate, or any transaction between users and listing parties.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panaji, Goa.
